What is the Scuba Refresher Course?

The Scuba Refresher Course is tailored for certified divers returning to diving after a period of inactivity or anyone wanting to sharpen their skills. The course includes personalized instruction, a pool session, and a guided 2-tank dive in the stunning coral reefs of Islamorada.

Course Breakdown

1. Knowledge Development

Start your day with a quick review with one of our fabulous instructors. We will review any theory you will need to feel comfortable getting back in the water.

• Optional online coursework is an extra cost and is not required -- PADI ReActivate is $85 and SSI Scuba Skills Update is $45

2. Pool Session

During the confined water session, you’ll practice essential scuba skills, like mask clearing and buoyancy, under the supervision of an instructor in our training pool along with any other skills you want to work on.

3. Ocean Dives

After your pool session, you will join us on a 2-tank dive trip to Islamorada’s beautiful coral reefs with your instructor. This allows you to apply your refreshed skills in a real diving environment. Your instructor will guide you in case you need any assistance, allowing you to experience the stunning underwater scenery worry free.
